Orson Card's War of Gifts - SciFi
A follow-up to the Ender series. Good read with background on some of the main characters. It was like a peek behind the scenes. Orson Card's Ender series books are very good and anything that adds to them is enjoyable. I found it compelling, in that once I started I did not want to put it down. It is composed of stories about several characters that tie-in together but yet are separate unto themselves. Some parts were so realistic that I had a hard time reading them; the stern religious father hit sore spots for me. Anyone who enjoyed Ender's Game and those that followed will want to read this one.
