It is something worth watching. Not like all the garbage that is on TV now. You know the old saying garbage in garbage out. JESUS IS LORD of the whole world.

It is as simple as this...no sex...simple life...simple times...no smart mouth disrespectful kids...kids that got out of line were dealt with...simple as that...Times that used to be...and times that will never be again...

bought this as a birthday gift for my mom who is a fan of the show. She already owns the first two seasons and is very happy with this collection of the third season.

Loved this series. The Waltons are a fun-loving family that always have some thing going, whether it's John-Boy starting college, or Jason pursueing music, or John and Olivia celebrating 20 years of marriage, or Grandpa and Grandma leaving home. But thru it all the bond of family sustains them. Excellent, superb. Once you start watching it you can't stop. Great for the whole family.

The Walton's is a "must have" for family night! A story about family love and strength growing up in the depression era. A fun-filled; yet love filled episode every time!

I bought the Waltons complete 3rd season used as a buy it now. The dvds are in great shape so is the box, they look brand new. The dvds play great. I am very happy with these dvds. I looked at alot of season 3 before I found these ones. This was the best price I could find for this set of dvds.

i collect and i needed this season its as good as all of the seasons great famply story for the times series has been taken off the air so now i can watch them anytime ...

A must for family viewing. I always loved the Waltons and watching it again after so many it does not disapoint, I enjoyed every episode just as much as the first time.It is timeless. Even younger generations that have never seen it before love it.

We watch the Walton`s as a family , and greatly enjoy it. Fit for the children and the language is fit for young ears.

I love the Waltons because,they pull together during the times of depression. They lived out of their hard labor planting food in the garden and raising animals to eat and get milk from. The family shows a lot of compassion and love. Yes, there are times that they would get on each others nerves but they are kids.I bought the Waltons because it brings back childhood memories. It is an excellent set of series that I recommend to buy for family viewers.

Had checked out some from the library and really liked them. They are older tv programs and are very clean, good family entertainment and can learn about the Depression as that is the era that my mother grew up in. I highly recommend them!

I remember watching the episode where John-Boy goes off to University. In the end, he portrays what the series is all about: never forget your roots. Throughout the series, the Christian faith is vividly revealed, particularly by the mother and grandmother. However, it sadly puzzled me as to why John Walton Sr. refused to regularly attend Church with the family. On the whole, I never tire of watching this series, with its fine acting and heart-warming family values.

I loved the series when it first came on tv and I have loved watching the reruns ever since then. It is usually broadcast during the day when I am at work so I wanted to be able to watch it at my leisure.

I bought this as a christmas persent for my mother. She likes the series & is a excellent show to watch. I highley recamend this to any body that is thinking about buying this.
