I bought this dvd on eBay because you can no longer purchase it on the Disney website. It is a fascinating look into the beginnings of Pluto at the Disney studios, and the cartoons are just amazing and oh-so fun! Leonard Maltin is a decent narrator for the prelude to the cartoons and for the Bonus sections. I especially enjoyed the history behind Pluto as shown from Walt Disney's perspective, his love of dogs, and the way he saw Pluto as almost a "silent film star" - there was no dialog needed for Pluto (except for the occasional howl or bark), everything had to be expressed through his face and his actions.
This dvd is a must for people who love Pluto like I do - for collectors and afficinados alike. Pluto is definitely THE top dog!
