I bought this DVD set a while back.I have always loved this movie.It has good action in it,and shows what this man went through to clean up his town. They should have more true movie's like this one,and like we had in the past.Another part I liked about this movie is how dedicated he was to this town.He could have left it up to somebody else,but he didn't,and he never gave up.

My mom really likes this movie, I'm not sure if she has seen part II or the final chapter, but I remember her looking everywhere to find the first part, with no luck, so I decided to try to find a box set or buy all three individually for her. She really really really enjoys this movie. I was absolutely pleased with finding the set for her.

I wouldnt know how it was....I have yet to recieve it and it was purchased in February. I have contacted them several times and get the same form e-mail back stating it has been personally checked on (identical e-mails word for word) and they made a mistake and should have it back in stock in 1-2 weeks. They have had plenty of time to restock and ship. This is the worst expierience I have had through e-bay.

I had searched the stores and was unable to locate it. I was glad to get it. I really liked the movies.

Awesome movie set!! Much better than the newly released version, would recommend to anyone! I can't beleive that this is based on a ture story, it is amazing what this man and his family went through!!

This is certainly a treasure for any movie collection. The story line, based on fact, is well done and keeps excitement and interest continually. I will certainly watch all three segments over and over again.

it is easy, don't have to shop around in a store and you can get exactly what u want. because it comes right to my home.

it was just like they said it would be like. my boyfriend had been looking for it for a while and could not find it so i looked on here and found it and it was in great condition

this movie is based on the life of Sheriff Buford Pusser on McNairy County, TN. this is the way law enforcement used to be. if you like shoot outs, drama, law enforcement on the take and then gets cleaned up you will love this. one of my all time favorite movies.

I loved these movies when they first were shown in theaters many years ago. I have looked to buy these for my video library and now I finally own them. I had the pleasure of meeting Buford Pusser's mother and spent 3 hours with her in 1984 and learning about him and what a nice person she was to take the time to talk with me. I'll cherish these movies. He got killed for trying to keep his town clean. You sure don't see this is the world today. All you get now is a slap on the wrist when you get in trouble.

I love the set. I enjoyed the orignal,so I started looking for it in VHS or DVD.Finding it was harder than I thought it would be.I tried EBay,found two at the same time. I was high bidder on one and bought it.I have throughly enjoyed watching it.

i love that they finally have started to get these great shows on dvd. so you can see what the original was all about and how good it is, because when hollywood get`s a hold of them and remake`s them they all look like crap. and don`t resemble the original story that they were made from. if you can find it buy it, it`s worth the money.

it was made during a time when you could see a movie that was meant to remind us what things were like and how hard it was to be a minority no matter what race creed or color. it also showed us how hard movie making was like the microphone shot when he first addresses his deputys on his rules. it was good seeing it again to bring back some of the memories of past events.
