If you think that all zombie fans know and have read The Walking Dead by now you are wrong. I am a huge fan of the zombie genre and had never gotten around to start reading this series...until now.
I really enjoyed this book. The people were very well done and though I thought I would hate the black and white layout, by the third page people and zombies alike took on very differant shapes and colors and you began not to notice the colorless drawings.
I recommend this book if you enjoy the zombie genre. If not it is still a good story.

) I have to admit that I was very entertained buy this book. I am not big on comic books but, I do love reading anything to do with flesh-eating zombies. The artwork was convincing and the characters drew you in to the storyline. I would suggest this book to anyone that enjoys the undead genre.

I always liked storeies about zombeis and, this one takes its time to show in details what happens.
The art work is graet and showed in graet details.
Right now the book doesn't explain how every got the virius in the first place.

Brraiiinnsss!!! (or How to Survive the Zombies)Review created: 02/02/08

I'll admit that once I sat down with this book, I didn't put it down until I'd reached the back cover. The story is pretty good, and the artwork is great...for the first half of the book. (I'll get to that in a second) The writer has created a world that starts off similar to 28 Days Later, but immediately takes its own turn. This is definitely a zombie story, but there is a lot of time spent developing the characters, which I enjoyed for the most part. As for the art, a 2nd artist is brought in around chapter 7, and while I'm not sure I could do better, I just don't personally care for his style. It seems sloppy, and I had trouble figuring out sometimes which character he had attempted to draw.
I haven't gotten Book 2 yet, but somehow I think I'll be purchasing it soon. (just wish the original artist would come back.)
