Sensibility and practicality all wrapped up into this easy to use book. For those of us who struggle with the ebb & flow of weight loss, it is hard to find a resource that is supportive and easy to follow. There are no fad diets to follow and the rules are easy to remember. Basically, eat sensibly and exercise. She also encourages taking a daily vitamin and shows you how to drink 8 glasses of water a day. All of the walking steps, exercise tips (even what type of shoes to wear), and six full weeks of helpful pages to jumpstart your way to health. I enjoy Leslie because she uses real people and real people's stories who are successful but do not look like waifs. She is a great encouragement for anyone who just needs a friend to enjoy a walk with.
