Leslie hanson has an indoor walking program where you can walk 1, 2, or 3 miles. she combines this with the uise of a belt to work on your abs. It is a good workout, similar to her workout using the weighted balls instead of the belt. I do like the weighted balls better, but this is more convienient, in that the resistance bands give you weight without having to pick them up or put them down. I like both, but I do like the older ones better of her. If you chose this, you could use the weigts instead of the belt.
