
Excellent Workout Video

I have actually worn out my first "Walk Away the Pounds for Abs" DVD. Currently, I am looking for a replacement, which led me to this review. This video helped me to shed 35 pounds 3 years ago and keep it off! It is easy to pace yourself whether you are a beginner or advanced. You can increase the intensity as you progress and get a better workout each time. I have a tendency for knee and ankle pain and this workout has not caused any flares with either. I have always done the 2 miles, which takes 30 minutes. When I was really working on getting the extra pounds off, I was doing the walk at least 4 times a week and lost the weight over a 1 year period. Now I am going to get back to walking just to maintain my weight and, of course, feel better! As you may have gathered, I highly recommend this video.
