WWF Raw (Super Nintendo, 1994)

WWF Raw is the best wrestling game for the 16-bit Super Nintendo system. It takes everything that the prior title- WWF Royal Rumble- does, and then improves on it tenfold. The sprite look great (though, Bam Bam Bigelow apparently lost some weight according to the developers of this game), and the gameplay is smooth. There are a lot of different match types, which was unseen until this game in American wrestling games. The game boasts an excellent roster of superstars including The Undertaker, Bret Hart, Bam Bam Bigelow, Yokozuna, and even Luna Vachon and the late, great, Owen Hart. You will not find another wrestling game on the Super Nintendo that can stand up to this title in terms of completeness. If you are only going to buy one 16-bit wrestling game, make sure it is WWF Raw for the Super Nintendo!
