WWE - Wrestlemania 23 (DVD, 2007, Ultimate Edition; 3-Disc Set)

I bought this DVD set because my son wanted it. Although I haven't watched it, my son has watched it numerous times, and LOVES it! We are VERY happy with the purchase.

Here is a brief summary from Detroit in the order they occurred: The ladder match had a great spot and I was happy with the outcome. Kane V.Kahli served its purpose. I thought Benoit killing MVP with the headbutt was sweet. Undertaker another awesome WM showing. ECW match was short. Originals coming to ring through the crowd was cool, Dreamer almost falls when he jumps the guardrail. Hair v. Hair was slow then the action picked up. The Womens Title match is what it is. Cena had one of the best entrances I've ever seen. HBK gave it an awesome effort, One has to think would the title be on him if he wasn't injured at the time. I hope this review was helpful.

Good DVD for the wrestling fan. Enjoyed VKM getting his head shaved. Wish they had more Diva action on the card.

Itt's Wrestlemania people. It is the longest wrestling supercard, and only a few limited times has it ever disappointed.

wwe fans will love it. my nephew loves it. that's all he talks about. i've watched it and the wrestler matches are pretty good. and i'm not a fan of wrestling.

WRESTLE MANIA IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST EVENTS.ITS LIKE THE SUPERBOWL FOR WRESTLING. THIS HAS GREAT SPORT MAN SHIP,THEY DO A LOT OF GREAT MOVES AND STUNTS.BUT DON'T EVER TRY THESE MOVES AT HOME.THIS IS A VERY POPULAR SPORT.SO IF YOU LIKE ACTION THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR YOU.THIS IS INCLUDES WRESTLERS FROM DAYS GONE BY AND NEW WRESTLERS FOR TODAYS AGE GROUP.THIS ALSO COMES WITH THE WRESTLING HALL OF FAME PRESENTATION AS WELL.THIS HAS STARS LIKE JOHN CENA,RIC FLAIR,HHH,AND MANY MANY MORE.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEING THIS ONE.

I've been collecting WrestleManias on DVD over the last few years. As a completist, I had to make sure that I added this one to the collection.

This isn't one of the best editions of WrestleMania, but it isn't bad.

Money in the Bank was rather sick. Sick bumps, but most of them made sense. If you want to see a little craziness that doesn't completely go overboard, check it out.

Kane vs Khali was unimpressive. From where I sit, Khali, though with a decent look, just doesn't cut it.

Benoit vs MVP definitely showcased potential for MVP. Benoit carried this well by allowing MVP to show off his skills. Not a bad match at all.

ECW vs New Breed was anticlimactic. I don't even recall if Sandman tagged into the match. There were a few spots in there, but I personally feel that this match was too short. Not enough time devoted to it at all. Considering that it was to showcase ECW, I suppose I'm not surprised.

Undertaker vs Batista was better than I'd anticipated. Nice pacing to the match with a few spots that fit in with what ended up being a bitter feud between the two of them. After a classic Taker high spot, things got a bit more brutal, amping things up a bit. Not bad at all, considering that it was the World Title vs THE Streak.

Battle of the Billionaires: This was more for entertainment than anything else, but it wasn't a bad match. Two power-houses, if you will, going at it. Some of the extracurriculars threatened to dominate the actual match, but it all made sense, given the stakes. When your hair is at stake, you're gonna do all that you can to try to keep it on your head (at least, when you're one of the 2 that have proxies wrestling on your behalf). Not bad, but the final Stunner was one of the worst looking ones that I've ever seen.

The Women's Championship match, in my opinion, was the worst match on the card. No redeeming value whatsoever, from where I sit (I wanna see the women legit wrestle, not this crap that they tossed on here). They could have used the time wasted on this to give more time to one of the other matches.

Cena vs Michaels was a nice way to close things out. HBK carried this one, that's for sure, but it had a nice build. Cena did his part, to be sure. This match definitely had its dramatic moments and the ending is believable, especially with what I consider a turning point around the middle of the match.

Overall, again, I say it's good. If I had to give stars for this one, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 (take it for what it's worth, since I'm not an "official" critic). The strongest matches, in my opinion are Money in the Bank, Batista vs Undertaker and Cena vs Michaels. Worst match is definitely Melina vs Ashley.

I'd recommend it, if nothing else, because it's WrestleMania.

superb skills for those who like wrestling.there is nothing to not like on the dvd.see some of the best atheletes in the world in the wwe.

I love the fact that I can add it to my collection great matches.I didnt like that it could of had more feature's in it.Great price and deal hard to fine this item and such a good price and i needed it to add to my collection.

i lovet because is 3 dvd and have the introdution of hall of fame that Dosty Rhode do he thuing and that was so cool
