encoremovies, has just taken my money without any refund or item. Sure, it might only be around 8 dollars but it's the principle. Let me take you back 3 weeks ago when I ordered the item, 5 days went by so I wrote them and asked for the status of my dvd and they told me it should be sent in 48 hours. Well naturally another week went by and I knew it had not been sent, due to the fact that they are only hours away from me. So I emailed them again...They told me that they made a mistake and the dvd was no longer available and would refund me WHEN THEY CAN...Excuse me? When you can? You have my money and I have no dvd? I demand my refund now..I don't trust this company at all and I fear I will never get my refund, and they will do the same to another trustworthy ebayer, next time for quite possibly more than the 8 dollars they swindled from me.
