The phone system is new as described by seller. Even though it took 16 days to get item it was not entirely the seller's fault. The weather and UPS share some of the blame. The description that ebay published indicated it was a 4 phone system but it was only a 3 phone system. Seller explained his picture indicated it was a 3 phone system and that ebay was so notified. I would not have purchased this product had I known it was a 3 phone system instead of 4 which is what I needed. I do not blame the seller but ebay personnel for not doing a better job of identifying product.

I love these phones. They look and work great. They have lots of great options. The one I love the best is the paging from phone to phone. We have one in our garage, when I need to talk to my husband, I just punch a button. No more running out in the rain to tell him when dinner is ready!!!!

phone has good range. it has a long battery life. there is no antena to hangup on things when you carry it on you belt. the phones belt clip comes off to easly. but over all is a great phone sistem.

Good range, 4 interchangeable headset. Clear sound and an answering machine. Overall a good phone for the price.
