This isn't a "fly by night", "make a quick buck", lopsided logic, "plan of the month" book.
This plan is based on sound studies, research, information, sound advice and knowledge of the basic human nutrition requirements. It's easy to follow and provides you with everything needed to drop some weight or maintain weight and feel wonderful while doing it.
It's only an added bonus that a leading consumer report organization qualifies it as the best all around plan.
