Voices (DVD, 2009)

IT WAS NOT IN ENGLISH. WE ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH IN OUR HOME. DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO WRITE ABOUT IT OTHER THAN WE DID NOT ENJOY THE MOVIE. WASTE OF MONEY.

I didn't realize when I ordered this DVD that it was in Spanish with English subtitles. I hate subtitles! As far as the movie itself, I found it hard to follow and rather boring. I usually watch a new DVD twice before I put it in the cabinet. However, I have not watched this one again. I advise you to save your money.

NOTHING LIKE A HORROR MOVIE YOU HAVE TO READ. IT STUNK. IT WAS SHUT DOWN RIGHT AFTER THE OPENING CREDITS AS SOON AS THE SUBTITLES CAME ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. WHEN YOU HAVE TO READ WHAT IS GOING ON, IT TAKES AWAY FROM THE FILM (ESPECIALLY A HORROR FLICK). TWO THUMBS DOWN ON THIS ONE. DO NOT BOTHER TO RENT IT OR BUY IT UNLESS YOU ENJOY READING! :( IF YOU WANT TO READ, BUY A BOOK INSTEAD!

I always enjoy foreign films especially when they are from either Korea/Japan since I like horror movies. This one was very surprising to me since there was more bloodshed than usual in this movie, but still enjoyable. It starts out very slow as usual but then there are startling incidents, and the very first one will definitely take you by surprise. It definitely shocked me!! Just when you think it ended it it continues on to a very surprise ending. I enjoyed the movie!!
