I purchased this CD to jog with. I thought it would be good becuase it had some of my favorite choirs singing some of my favorite gospel songs. It turns out that it is an excellent CD to walk or jog with. It keeps you pumping when you need it and slows things down intermittently. Very enjoyable.

This is an excellent collection of gospel music. Unfortunately, I didn't read the description very well. What I bought is actually only 1 CD of a 2 CD set. Buyers beware.
