Vizio VX37L 37 in. LCD TV

This Vizio 37" LCD Flatscreen TV in my opinion is a 'GOOD DEAL'
for the price I paid on eBay.

I believe the 37" screen the 'A PERFECT SIZE' for any living or
family room. The sound quality is good. And if you prefere the
different sound systems that are on the market, this tv provides
the hookups for that too.

The TV PICTURE QUALITY is 'surprizeingly' good. And it maintains
that same quality when viewed from the side.

I had been caution that some tv's would loose their clear picture
or that the picture would become grainy or fuzzy as you moved to the
side but that is not the case. As I have viewed & listen to the tv
when in another room without any problem.

The price I paid (while it was an auction) was good.

The TV isnt really as heavy as it may look and it was easy for me
to handle it by myself while removing it from the box to the tv stand.

The 'Set-Up Menu' is easy to follow when programing the set.

I do recommend a strong - well built stand to place the tv on.
I have a small wood cabinet with slots for 3 components and two
cabinents with doors for keeping my CD's & VHS Tapes in and out
the way.

I bought this TV and it is my first LCD and first HD TV. I couldn't be happier with it. The set up was super easy. The colors are so crisp and bright. I am using a HDMI cable to get the HD picture and WOW!!!! It is so much better than standard def TV. It is hooked up to a standard DVD player and the picture on that is even better. If you are looking for a super nice LCD HD TV with HDMI (2 to be exact) and not break your bank account to get one, then you seriously need to look at that this TV.

This product has been all it has been promoted to be. Spent much time on the net find out as much info as I could prior to purchase. I knew what to expect and the Vizio fit the bill. Refurb item which was sent in orginal box with all the listed contents included. It has been performing as described. I would recommend Vizio whether brand new or refurb.

It seemed like an honest transaction, like all previous e-bay purchases. I have been taken buy the seller, and totally not protected by pay-pal! My credit card was charged and I have never received the TV!!! And e-Bay has been NO HELP!!!! I have written over and over and I can never get the point made that I have been totally taken advantage of!!! I am not a computer wiz... but this has put the fear of God in me... frankly, it's too much money for me to just lose!!! I have no idea what to do. Brousing on e-Bay used to be so much fun, and I would call clients and have them bid on things for the home... but no more until my credit card is re embursed! We had a different larger (42") tv and then bought the vizio for a room and thought how great it was even at only 720i. We bought another one b/c it performed better then the other one we had.

All I can say is we love it very clear we have it hooked up to a Bose sound system. Great HDTV for the price remote could be better but we use the Dish remote

This was my first LCD HDTV ever purchased, I came from a 32" CRT television. I was skeptical at first being that it was my first really big TV purchase but I could not have been happier with my purchase!

2 HDMI slots, 720P and fantastic exterior styling in comparison to other models of like value from other manufacturers. Tons of features and really light weight as well.

This was the best purchase i have ever made. I love this product, it is even better than the reviews that i have read about it. I can find no faults with this product except that i wish i had enough money to get the 42". The seller was very informative, and helpful and honest about the product. When i opened the box i could not tell this product was refurbished, i'm still convinced that it was new. The resolution is great and the user interface is very easy. The Product is great I have 4 Vizio TV's 1-42" and 3-37". The picture is super and very easy to program.

After researching LCD TVs online I decided to buy on from circuit city. 3 weeks and at least 20 phone calls later I recieved my 700+ dollars back. I then looked on e-bay and found a larger and nicer LCD TV for less. I was hesitant but decided to buy based on my research and feedback on the seller. I was not disappointed. I receved my TV in less 4 days in great condition, and have been enjoying it ever since. Thanks to gaminpc, you are great!

Everything about this TV is great except the sound quality is not as good as I would like but that's why we have surround sound systems.

I was familiar with brand from the Big box stores, but could not believe the price. I know it is a refurb, but it come in box with all particulars and stand. You can't beet the price.

TV would not even turn on when delivered. Spent 2 weeks proving to Vizio that I purchased the TV from a Vizio authorized dealer, not eBay. Waited 2 weeks for Vizio technician to come and repair TV. Didn't have part(s) to repair. Vizio said they'd replace it. Took 2 weeks for Vizio to send special packing box to me for return shipment. Vizio will not ship me the new TV until they've received the old one back. This will take time because it was shipped UPS ground service New York to California. Meanwhile, I've spent my money a long time ago, have had nothing but agravation from Vizio, and still do not have a TV. As you might imagine, I am not a happy camper!

We decided to buy this television set to replace a 32" set in our bedroom. We was tired of the big, fat, bulky analog sets that took up a lot of space. We are on satellite TV so the transition did not apply to us. We have done a lot of research on the high definition television sets and we knew that we either wanted a Vizio or an LG. This one particular TV only goes up to 1080i but that is okay with us because the picture on a standard definition receiver is absolutely amazing, and that is and 480i! On February 10, 2009 we are upgrading our satellite box to HD then we can watch it in either 720p or 1080i. Compared to our 50" Sony Wega and the price difference I am convinced that Vizio is the way to go, because we spent three times the money for the Sony and it doesn't pick up any better than 1080i. We LOVE this TV, it's sleek design, it's vibrant picture, and we got a good deal on it! That never hurts either! The only feature that Sony has over the Vizio is the speakers. The Sony speakers sound better. Other than that no complaints.

I've had this TV for almost 3 months now and I just love it. I have not had a single problem with anything. It was delivered on time, I took it out of the box (by myself.)
