The Vizio 19" TV
So far this tv/monitor has worked great for me.
I use the PC input most often. it says "RGB PC" but it also accepts VGA [VGA cable carries an RGB signal].
There are plenty of inputs, and, when I don't use it for my computer, I like to hook my GameCube up via the A/V. It also has 2 HDMI, an S-video, component, 2x L and R audio, and a PC audio inputs.
It says "720p" but it is actually 768p [kind of a random number, I guess].
The display is nice and it has very rich colors.
My only complaints are that:
[1] every once in a while, when you turn it on in RGB mode, the screen is not centered and data is lost at the edges [sometimes 2-3 inches]. When this happens I simply turn it off and then on again, and that seems to fix the problem.
[2]From the description, i thought it would receive TV signals right out of the box, with the "Built-in Tuner," but it requires you to hook a cable to it.
