I do want to buy binocullars for my son! I found the price unbelievable and when I received them (really fast) I liked them much more and my kid is glad.
First, they are very light (everything is plastic), so a 5 year old kid can handle them for a long time.
Second, the lenses (plastic) are coated to prevent harmful sun rays.
Third, for a toy made item the sharpness is average.
Last, I have to mention again the ultra high Value/Money.

I do not recommend this product its just a toy. Poor craftsmanship and minimum effective visuals. Cheap plastic and poor workmanship typical chinese junk.

It's OK but could use one that you can view thru a little easier. It's best use for kids. Used it last Sunday for the Game, found it a little hard to see the whole field as my other one. But it was OK
