Vitamix 5200 Variable-Speed Blender

I bought this pricey/fancy blender after my magic bullet literally died. I have to tell you this was a major upgrade and I never regret it for one second.
2 things to consider:
1. the blender is bigger than I thought, even though I really looked at the measures before i bought it. I live in NYC and if you do too, you know the closet sized kitchens we have. So it is bulky.
2. I like raw nut butters and it doesn't really make other nut butters but mostly peanut it couldn't deal with almonds for example without added oils.
Cleaning is easy it literally cleans itself and I have to mention the Vitamix customer support (returns) is truly 5 start fast and effective. My girlfriend returned her machine after 2 weeks she said there were no questions asked, she called them 3 days later fedex picked it up and they refunded her money without any hassle.
I wouldn't say it turned my life around but it made life easier for sure.
I say go for it nothing to lose (only weight) :)
