Visual Land V-Touch VL-875 (8 GB) Digital Media Player

This digital media player is the biggest piece of junk I have ever used. The documentation is completely useless and covers none of the features, etc. of the player.

The method by which the device attempts to organize audio files by Artist, Album, Genre, etc. does NOT work correctly. Some artists are missing from the list, songs are out of order, albums are missing, etc. The weird part is that the results will change depending on what I load on the player first, second, etc. I have even gone through and checked Artist, Album, etc. settings for each .mp3 file itself to ensure all is in order before loading it on the player yet I still get unpredictable results.

I would not waste time with this player if it were free of charge; Visual Land should be embarrased at the fact that they actually released something so poorly done. I guess that's why there are such huge discounts for this thing.

I even went to Visual Land's website looking for firmware updates, fixes, etc. and there is nothing listed.

Stay away from this product.
