I love this book because it took place at Christmas time. It was the first time that I met Diesel. He is a very interesting character in his own way.

Not as good as the numbered in the series, but am glad I read it for the insight into the niece and also that of Stephanie's luck factor. So yeah, if you are into the Plum books, read it.

This book was good - not as good as the other books in the Plum series. It gets a bit confusing adding another "main" character. Still worth reading!!

Janet Evanovich "Visions of Sugar Plums"

As with Evanovich's other novels, this is a crisp, funny story that has lots of action and holds your interest throughout. Stephanie Plum's adventures and blunders will make you laugh and, alternately, cringe. The twists and turns make this series addictive!

VISIONS OF SUGAR PLUMS BY JANET EVANOVICH
Review created: 11/03/06(updated 11/10/06)

I bought it because it was a Janet Evanovich Stepahanie Plum book, but it was not quite up to her regular standards. The characters weren't believable enough, with 'Sandy Claws' and little people parading around as 'elves' in a secret toy factory. Then there's the eccentric 'angel' who just dropped out of the sky, walked through walls, beamed-up 'somewhere' whenever he left Steph's sight. it gets a little boring in places, unlike her other Plum and Full House books, which were mostly fantastic, action-packed and believable reading. This is more of a children's fairy tale than a serious novel.

this book is a part of a series. The series is very funny and I did not want to miss anything. This book was just okay for Janet, the rest of the series is very very funny and a wonderful read.

This book was good, but I don't feel it lived up to the expectations i had. I bought because it was next in the series of books I was reading.
