VISION BEYOND LIGHT inhabits a futuristic landscape enriched with programmed synths and acoustic guitars. Aeolian wind harps built by craftsman Charles Bremmer cast their eerie shadows over "Floating Feather" and "Aeolian Atmospheres." The title track inaugurates Verner's sonic voyage with grandiose scales and electronic embellishments. "World Mind" brings the listener back to stationary ground through repetitive modulations. VISION BEYOND LIGHT is an audible science fiction, placing J. Arif Verner in the forefront of a galaxy of challenging atmospheric composition.
