Violets Are Blue by James Patterson (2001, Hardcover)

James Patterson is one of my favorite authors. He always has a way of keeping you in suspense. I had just finished reading Roses Are Red and wanted to see if he ever caught the Mastermind.

This was the first James Patterson book I read. I am now a Patterson Junkie. This book made me get into reading his others. I gave it a good rating because some of his others are much better than this.

I check ebay first if i'm looking for books, you can get them in great condition and at reasonable prices. I love it.

LOVED IT, but i can say that about all entire alex cross collection. i am hooked on the set cant put it down once i start.

this was different from some of his other books but just as dramatic. You don't know til the last few pages who did it. Great book..............

Okay I'm going to be honest here! This book started off great heart pounding and then it slowed down just a little bit. It was a very interesting book. It was well written and thought though. It had some interesting parts to say the least. I will say that this was not one of my favorite Cross books but it did complete its task in satisfying my needs of KNOWING how it would end. Great SUPER great ending I'm very much looking forward to continuing the Cross Series!!!
Oh and there are some blood scenes in it but I didn't think it was that bad at all. I've read much worse in the Maximum Ride books.

James Patterson keeps up the good work with this book. I love the Alex Cross series. They are great. Another one of his books that you can not turn the next page fast enough!

Patterson is an excellent writer and his short chapters lend to long hours reading to finish his books. You will not be disappointed with this one!!

The book was a very good conclusion to the novel Roses are Red. I liked how it continued with the character development and plot. I didn't like how it assumed that you forgot who the vilain was that they revealed in the previous novel. The new plot they presented with new characters seemed off track from what the original story was about, with vampires and all, but overall it was suspenseful with a great ending. What I like is that it makes reference to previous story plots and characters throughout. Exception writing as always.

Book was in excellent condition and shipping was pretty fast. However, I bought four books from the seller at the same time and they DID NOT combine shipping which in my opinion a GOOD seller would do that.

I am reading this book now. It keeps you guessing. This book is a little far strange. It's good but not James Patterson's best.

I just finished reading this book and enjoyed it very much. It was about the vampire community in Sana Cruz, California. James Patterson did a wonderful job of profiling these murders. I enjoyed the book very much and highly recommend it to others.

James Patterson and Alex Cross are an unbeatable combination for thrilling, page-turning excitement. Don't read this book if you are home alone!

I love James Patterson and the main character in the book. It was an older on that I never got to read and was happy to see it for sale at a reasonable price on ebay.
