If you are a collector or just love the old time Christmas figurines, this is a great book to browse thru. Two of my friends looked at mine and decided to order their own. Takes you down memory lane. I love it!

) I think the concept is great. It has very good photos that shows the different pieces. I felt it is a little disorganized. When you are trying to look something up, it could be in 3 or four different chapters. I think I would have been able to use it better if it was divided up by maker.

This book is a good overview of the ceramic Christmas figurines and the major makers. While not comprehensive, this gives enough information for the collector to make educated guesses.
