I is amazing how things from the past are coming around again. Vinegar has sooo many uses and all are green. This good was great on capturing many many uses.

This is an excelent book on the uses of vinegar in cooking. It cover recipes and helpfull hints. It is part of a set, the author has written updated versions as well.

Good facts, important info for beginners especially. This is a long standing reference for the value of and uses of vinegar,

Lots of interesting suggestions for vinegar usage.

My Mother and Grandmother had always spoke about the uses for vinegar. That is what incouraged my purchase.
