ViewSonic VX2245WM 22 inch LCD Monitor

Pros: Im a big gamer so its a great for gaming with a refresh rate of 5ms, no ghosting whatsoever, the screen is bright and superclear, no dead pixels. Looks excellent also, love the glossy piano black finish. Multimedia stand has dock for iPod's, USB's, headphones, etc. Great bang for the buck, especially for a 22inch widescreen from Viewsonic, a great manufacturer of LCD's.

Cons: Wish there was more of a viewing angle, and an adjustable stand, but not a problem the way it is. Speakers aren't that great, but then again most of use use seperate speakers anyways.

This is a great big screen with an excellent resolution and screen loading time with an affordable pricetag. Perfect screen for gaming, watching movies, or just about anything! There is no better screen out there for this price, snatch one up while you can!

Able to open up four windows at the same time, crystal clear images it's like having cinemascope for your PC,great features like the iPod port, speakers and a beautiful finish, I am the envy of all that see it. Thanks for a great product.

very easy setup, only took me about 20 minutes to fully set it up, the ipod dock works with all Ipods and comes with 5 custom inserts for different Ipods, 1.) nano, 2.) mini, 3.) video, 20g color, 20g click wheel, 4.) 30g color 5.) 60g color, 40/60g photo, 40g click wheel. To play music All you have to do is dock your ipod and press play, no cords are used. Also while your Ipod is dock it is also charging. The monitor comes with 8 usb ports and a headphone jack which can come in handy for gamers. The piano black finish is awesome and the screen Is Extremely clear. The only bad thing that I could find about this monitor is that the Speaker Quality isn't there, So I Suggest getting Separate spearkers

I bought 3 of these for my home office. I don't use the ipod dock but you can't beat these monitors with all the extras including USB ports, card readers, etc. Love 'em!

What can I say, the monitor is great with excellante resolution and extremely clear, in comparison whith other company this is bether, and I got it for a good price, great buy.

Nice picture, wide!!! and the iPod feature is great!!! Wanted a bigger screen to replace the HUGE 19" CRT monitor eating up landscape on my worktable.

The only thing UPS did a number on the box! Other than that great product, received quickly! Color from the screen is excellent for gaming.

I decided to buy this product because it seemed like a tremendous value for such a large display. It was listed as "new", but as I came to find out, it wasn't...And that was the reason it was so inexpensive! It was actually "recertified to new", but again, the item was listed as new.

The second thing I would like to bring up is that this item had no manual whatesoever. There was nothing in the listing that mentioned that you would not be getting a manual. This is a special display with TONS of features and cords. You NEED a manual. I made several attempts to get one from them, but nothing I tried worked. I eventually got one from the manufacturer. I filed a claim with square trade because the item was NOT as listed, but unless you PAY square trade for mediation, it's a joke.

After I filed a claim with square trade (again, it's a farse unless you pay them for help), I got an email from the seller asking me for positive feedback. Either square trade never notified them of my claim, or else the supplier is pretty gutsy.

Let me start by saying we sell these monitors here on eBay all day long. I was more than a little curious about why they were so highly sought after, so I decided to open one up and use it myself; and I’m so glad I did.
The 22 inch screen is bright and huge. It comes with easy access to 3 USB port right on the front and memory readers right on the side. No more climbing under or behind my monitor to try and find hidden ports (although those are still there is I want to use the rear connections). I love it. In fact so much so that I went out and bought an iPod just to go with it :P
Now I haven’t tried the built-in speakers yet, but based on the other reviews they don’t seem to be too hot. My only complaint is that the power button, centrally located on the face, is a bit difficult to press because of it being recessed into the frame. Otherwise it's an awesome monitor!

As expected from Viewsonic and outsdanding monito. No dead pixels of all! It works flawlessly, and iPod interface worked better than expected, a crisp sound is delivered.
