The Very Best of the Fifth Dimension
2 of 2 people found this review helpful.
I am 52 years old, and, for some reason, started thinking about some old songs from the 70s. I thought of the Fifth Dimension, as I had heard them, even before "Up, Up and Away" and "Aquarius", when they were opening for the Monkees. I loved their harmonies, and especially Marilyn McCoo's voice. They had some great songs, i.e., "Working on a Groovy Thing", "If I Could Reach You", "California Soul", plus the more common "Wedding Bell Blues" and the aforementioned titles.
When I found not 1, not 2, but several choices on ebay, I quickly found the CD that had the most of what I was looking for, and bought it. Now, I am in the process of building a library of the songs I had "forgotten" from the 70s, and nearly always, ebay can accommodate my request.
