Very good book. Very informative.Would recommend for law enforcement officer and anyone looking to improve their verbal skills.

The title of this book is just what it suggests, as it is especially helpful for law enforcement to deal with society in part during high stressful situations . I also feel this book can help anyone whether in authoritative positions or not ,to creating good communication with all societies members as a whole. Utilizing the tools given in this book would help cut down violence on my opinion , if applied in each situation properly. still have more to read . strongly suggest purchasing this book.

This book is a great buy, no matter the price. You can't put a price on wisdom. I bought this book for a dear friend who is a police officer. He shared with me things that he has learned from the book that have helped him tremendously in his job. Things like "what never to say" and how to handle potentially threatening situations with tact and know-how. If you are, or have a loved one serving our community in uniform, I would recommend this book.
