The Velvet Rope by Janet Jackson (CD, Oct-1997, Virgin Records USA)

I cant believe how much easier (and cheaper) it was to buy this great cd through Ebay! This purchase showed why I love this site more than any other store...! The cd was great, in great condition...The songs were filled with both sorrow and jubilee...!

I thought the cd was a new cd but when i recieved it the cd case had no plastic wrap on it and it was opened and the cd was lose on the inside of the cd case. it had no scrathces on it which i am glad.

This album is one of Janet's very best! The songs fit perfectly together and the vocals are up to par like every album she has put together. This cd was worth the price and i would have paid WAY more. Janet is a superb performer and I LOVE HER WORK. Thank u janet for your dedication to the music industry for the past 23 YEARS!!

I love my cd that i purchase on ebay. It looks brand new like its never been touch and absolutely no scraches. I put in my cd player and put it on repeat and it sounds brand new. I definantly recommend Janet Jackson the velvet rope cd.

this product was opened and used the case that the c.d. was in was broken but the disk was very much in good shape, New is always better but i bought this for a friend he din't mind he just wanted my janet cds to listen to and i said no so i have been going on E-bay to get c.d.'s for him so i dont have to keep telling him NOOOOOOOOO you Can't borrow my c.d.'s E-bay is where he will get his for listening to

I love this CD I've bought at least 8 copies since it came out. This CD is uplifting it's sensual it's perfect ...it's Janet!!!

I'm not necessarily a JJ fan, but I've listened to her prior cd's and this is by far her best! She could put out 5 more or 50 more cd's and "THE VELVET ROPE" will always be her best. Her other stuff sounded like fluff but this was so intense and deep and I really feel for what she must have went through to come out with material so dynamic. I have to echo what another reviewer said regarding the EBAY experience. I have had nothing but good experiences in purchasing cd's from EBAY. Sure I've been out bid on a couple of items and I even changed my mind on one cd-which I thought they made too big a deal about, but business is business.

I DIDN'T RECIEVE THE CD HOWEVER I DID GET A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID. I AM NOT SURE IF I WILL BUY AGAIN.
