
American Diabetes Association Vegetarian Cookbook
Diabetic life can be especially challenging to people who already don't eat 'normal' foods. When you diet is already restricted by choosing not to eat meat or animal products it can be tricky to get enough protein. This cookbook really helps give diabetic vegetarians a leg-up and help them choose menus and meals that suit their lifestyle AND their medical needs. Awesome book that has really improved my mother's quality of life.
