
Not Just Vegan, But Also A Great Cook Book

If you are on a vegan diet, or are considering looking into it, this cookbook is what you have been looking for. Get one immediately, and it will become a staple in your kitchen, if not THE go-to book for meal preparation in your home.
That said, you don't have to be on a vegan diet to enjoy creating and consuming the many wonderful dishes that are presented in this cookbook. The food is generally easy to prepare (even for a novice cook), VERY tasty - and on top of that, it is also vegan.
I think it is always a good idea to add new recipes to your repertoire, and to expand your culinary horizons. This is a whole category of food that is ripe for exploration in your kitchen. Also, if you ever entertained a vegan guest at your table, you will have some very good options that will fit seamlessly into your meal plan - and perhaps even supplant it entirely.
In addition to being packed with great recipes from cover to cover, the book also makes reference to the vegan lifestyle, both from healthful/nutritional and moral/ethical perspectives that might interest you as well. If you are interested in more information on that front, it is a very good starting point.
