I bought this as a gift for a friend. It never arrived. Seller told me they had delivery confirmation. Then seller sent me an email saying they weren't able to fill the order - did I want to wait or have a refund. I requested the refund. The refund didn't happen for several days. Finally I emailed them again reminding them about the refund I was supposed to see within 24 hours of the request. Just a couple of days ago the refund was finally issued. Book never did arrive and apparently had never been sent. I'm very unhappy with this transaction. J Leloup
