This book is great if you are stuck making the same pb&j sandwiches. Lots of wonderful ideas whether you are Vegan or not. I look forward to trying all the recipes. Lunch will be fun again. The only thing that I would change is to add mre pictures to the book. I like to know how it is suppossed to look. There is something for everyone and the fact that it is Vegan is wonderful.
