AOID!!!!!!! They are nefarious cheaters, contemptible swindlers and fraudulent liars who are creating a bad name for Ebay. Unfortunately one, (two in this case: deepdiscountdvd and collectionstop) bad apple can ruin the whole.
They only responded after I left negative feedback I have tried to contact them and their other company four times via email, which is what their website tells you to do request an RA because (a) they entered two orders, one through them and one through the other company they own when only one movie was ordered through them and (b) they did not ship the correct version. After they failed to answer my emails I contacted them twice via EBAY; again no response. Finally I filed a dispute two weeks ago with PayPal, they have not answered that either.

As I stated in the last email I sent, the last time I contacted them through EBAY and in the complaint I filed with PayPal. I am willing to COMPROMISE and keep one copy that was ordered and shipped through deepdiscountdvd and sold for 6.53; total 12.48 with shipping and other charges. I will return the other one, at their expense from collectionstop that I was charged a total of 13.52 for after they credit my PayPal account and tell me how they want it sent back.

I did everything possible to get them to respond before I filed my dispute with PayPay on 4/15 to get them to handle this and they did not. I received notification today that they intend to have the negative feedback removed without offering any solution to the issue that resulted in the negative feedback being left.

They say they will not pay to have the item shipped back; they will not credit any S&H and I WILL NOT PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AS A CUTOMER I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO. The PP records show that I made immediate payment to them.

So are we as customers expected to take any crap sold to us by a seller and not complain when they do not answer our emails? Are we to let companies double-ship itemd and not expect ALL of money back for the wrong items and why should WE pay to ship an item back because THEY made an error? I am almost certain that this is not EBAYS or PAYPAL POLICIES!

They left me two bad reviews. The only other bad reviews are from people I gave a bad review after a local company showed on 3 of the reviews the DVD were bootleg copies of DVD's which is illegal to buy so I destryed and noted this on my fedback, they are not in busines under that name any more. The other DVD was so scratched it could not be viewed, so it was also trashed and that company is no longer doing business under that name either.
