Vamps And the City by Kerrelyn Sparks (2006, Paperback, Reprint)

I liked this book first off because I love Vampire books. LOL I get tired of reading everyday books so I went into the paranormal. Love them.....
This is a little slow, I like more action in my books. It has a good theme to it; very cute.. Something that's going on right now today. I like the way the writer has brought out each girl's personality and history in this book. I guess if you think about it, this is the way it would happen. A lot of people do live in the past and the don't want to move on. I'm sure if you just close your eyes and think about it, you could just see this happening. Too cool....

I am a big fan of this series and enjoyed all of the books equally. This book is a little slower read but definitely worth the read. This one helps to explain other books in the series. This is book tells the story of one woman named Darcy who through circumstances becomes a vampire but doesn't want to be one. She meets a man named Austin who sees past the fact that she is a vampire and sees her heart. The love story between these two is definitely a push and pull relationship. This is a must read

I can't give a review of the book itself since I never got it. The seller is "No longer a registered user" and I had to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. The first book of this series was very good and was the reason I was looking for the others in the series to read.
