The reading and the step by step instructions in the book are great, but the software either has a glitch or if it has been used at all and the 6 month time frame from first use has expired, you will not be able to use it. If you need to do the hands on exercises you may be out of luck. I recommend buying a new book only, and that from a bookstore where you can return it if the software does not work. My software problems cost me time, money, and possibly a grade; that remains to be seen. The Summation iBlaze on disk 2 was where I ran into major problems, as did at least two of my classmates.
