Movie Description
Three episodes from the outrageous second season of this early-seventies Britcom about life and lust (mostly the latter) in ancient Pompeii. While the naughty bath house hi-jinks may send some viewers to the vomitorium, fans of Howerd's comic stylings will gorge on an orgy of ridiculous scenarios. "The Legacy," bequeathed unto Ludicrus by his uncle Lucre, is a gift from the gods...if the senator can meet the outlandish conditions of the legacy. In "Roman Holiday" the slaves throw a wild party when the Sextus family go on vacation, but trouble brews when Ludicrus's mistress returns early. "Exodus" finds Lurcio back on the slave market, with the voluptuous, volatile Aphrodite placing the highest bids.
