The Unofficial Guide to Making Money on Ebay by Lynn Dralle (2006, Paperback)

I have always been looking for a way to make extra money, but I work alot and I have 4 children, and I volunteer alot also- so a conventional part time job was just not going to work. I had bought a few things on E-bay and I had actually sold a few things allready when I went to Barnes and Noble and found a few books on selling. Now, most books are on big business, "make a miilion", "be successfull"-selling on E-Bay, well, I wasn't looking for this ( allthough making millions sounds great!). I skimmed through this book and liked it- so I went on E-bay to see if I could find a used one to buy ( which is THE most important outlook to have when buying on E-bay-says the bargain hunter!). Anyway, The author of this book knows her stuff, and allthough I allready knew the basics, this book still gave me good pointers. It gives you all the little things that are involved in this little endeavor, whether you want to just sell a few items -or take it to a higher level. She walks you through every step of the process of selling and explains all the little things, all the way through shipping and customer service. By the end of the book I felt like I had just gotten a boatload of advice from a friend! It is very user friendly and down to earth. Whether you want to "make millions" or just clean out your closets for extra cash- I would highly recommend this book. The author points out the potential for making alot of money is there -It just depends on how much time, energy and research your willing to put into it. I love this book and constantly keep it open for reference-I love it so much- I doubt I will put it back up for sale on E-bay!
