The Unofficial Guide to Flipping Properties by Peter Richmond (2007, Paperback)

i thought this book would explain everything about flipping properties, but from what i read so far and flipping through the rest, i learned that this book is basically a book on the real estate buying process, it doesn't have any worked out examples or analysis of actual flips. there are no financial worksheets, and not any numbers at all in the book really. all the info about flipping is very general, no examples are given. no cost worksheets, profit worksheets nothing.
the best real estate books i have bought so far include >"the unofficial guide to real estate investing" (the real estate bible, super book), "flipping out" by kirsten kemp who has flipped properties and is on the TLC tv show (this one has worked out financial and management examples of actual flips), and "cash in on the comming real estate crash" which has good info on market swings.
