Uniden TCX800 5.8 GHz 1-Line Cordless Phone

Have spent several weeks trying to register handset to base. No go. Contacted Uniden for more info after reading and following directions in manual. No reply. Beyond refund date. Total loss.

I gave it an excellent because the phones were in excellent condition. Some of the phones seemed to be in new condition. However, one of the phones was linked to a different base. After I searched the internet, I finally found the commands to reset(de-register) the phone. I had them for a while now, and they all are working perfectly.

We have five of these handsets (and two base stations) scattered around the house for convenience - that way a phone is never far from reach and several people can be on family calls at the same time. all work great. after several years for no apparent reason, one of the charger cords stopped working. after checking replacement costs for the cord on the manufacturer's web site, it was only a few dollars more to buy the whole handset box, so we did. all is well again and we now have a replacement to cannabalize if other parts are ever needed.

Phone came without a base or belt clip (not advertised to have one). Phone needed the expert guidance of the seller before it would link up (register) to my phones. Works like a charm.

Phone was in good condition and a good value. Did not come with a charging stand but I don't think that it was advertised as having one. Fair price.

The phone has out-performed all the previous cordless phones I have ever purchased. The range, sound, features, battery life, etc., have been great.

I really like these Uniden cordless phones. They are clear, durable, no antenna sticking up. These work as well as corded phones. The only negative is they are 2 - 3 inches longer than I would like. They are also a little thick for a pocket.

Wanted cordless phone with more features and wider range. This phone model perfectly fits what I was looking for. Clear signals, no static, numerous ring tones, caller ID, speaker phone option is loud and clear.

Great product. Great seller. Love the light indicator that lets me know I have a message in voicemail. Love the room monitor for my baby. Love the intercom feature, I can call my husband from across the house. Love the size and feel of the phone, not to small. Love the look and design of the phone. Love the ring tones.

We bought a set for each of our married kids and they all love them. I researched and had ordered some previously. Unfortunately, on one of the purchases, I did not look carefully enough and got a set that didn't have the speaker phone feature, which I have now given away, so be aware of that. We actually have 8 phones in our two level home because the children whose rooms are in the basement were constantly taking the ones upstairs and putting them in their favorite spot, so to keep peace in the family, there are now four phones in the basement and four upstairs, with identification on the phone (which you can program) that tells where each phone goes, with a "fine" if an upstairs phone finds its way downstairs!:) I love everything about the phones--long battery life, clear speaker, and the hands free ability to work while visiting on these phones.

I was looking to replace a handset I damaged and "new" handsets were hard to find and very expensive. The description was very specific, that's what I wanted, and that's what I received. Perfect

Item fulfilled my expectations !! The add stated that the item was new and it came in the original packaging and was new. It still works great !

this is an excellent phone i have 6 of them with my base unit which is a tru-8885-2 with answering machine

I love this phone! I can't tell you how many cordeless phones we have tried & gotten rid of. This phone is great because 2 of our rooms didn't have phone jacks, you plug it into a wall outlet.

What I really love best about it is the range! I have a garden that I am in all day. I used to hear the phone ring, run like H to the house. Now the phone is out there with me, over 100yrds from the house, clear as can be. Also have a clock with me while out there! I forgot to bring it back in with me today when it suddenly started to rain for over an hour. I am not telling you it s water-proof but it is working just fine!

I love the ability to put the phone where you want it. I can't find anything to dislike about it.

Product arrived as described. The phones (Uniden TCX800) are working will,no problems. I will us this company again.

This system has worked very well for us for a couple of years. We now have 4 handsets operating from the base station.

The reason I purchased this product was to expand on the same phone system I already had in the house (TRU8865). I was very satisfied with the clarity of the base phone and handset, and needed an additional phone in another room without a phone jack in place... so I purchased this extention handset and it works great! Set up was easy and user friendly... I highly recommend this cordless handset as an addition to your already existing Uniden phone (whether for business or home use).
