I subscribed to Caller ID & Call Waiting from my local tel. co. and needed phones equipped to handle the features. I found this set of Uniden phones on eBay, purchased them and set the various features up. The setup was easy enough and they have been working flawlessly.

) My old phones were acting a bit strange, buttons not working, display not clear. I always go to Ebay when I need something and I found exactly what I needed. The description and picture were very precise and of course the price was GREAT. The shipping was fast and I received the phones just before the old ones died. Very good seller with excellent products and service. I would highly recommend the Uniden cordless phones.

) We have had nothing but problems with these phones! They crackle so bad that a conversation is difficult. You can't go into the next room with a phone, anything beyond just a few feet the phones get even worse in sound. We eventually unplugged them. I wouldn't buy these phones again.

I purchased the phone last month but received it with one broken handset (plastic was busted during shipping - I assume). When I contacted the seller he told me I needed to register the handset and that would fix the broken plastic. I filed with paypal for a refund/return. I returned the phone over 3 weeks ago per paypal request but have not received a refund to date. I'd sure like one so I could go to Walmart and get a phone. I tried to use Ebay to make this purchase but would not recommend making this purchase on Ebay. I can't comment on the quality of the phone if it had been working, naturally because I never got a chance to use it.
