Uniden DCX750 2.4 GHz 1-Line Cordless Expansion Handset

When I signed up for VoIP service with www.sunrocket.com (comparable service to Vonage but less expensive) I received 2 Uniden phones. Later I wanted to expand to 4 phones in the house and learned that the DCX750 was the appropriate model which is compatible with the DCT646-2 models that I received from SunRocket. Two additional DCT646-2 phones would not have worked. I think I learned that by going to the Uniden site, then Support for the DCT646-2 and learned which model I needed for "expansion" phones.

I followed the instructions to "register" them to the "base" phone and I was up in business. Actually I like the DCX750 better than the originals because they are slightly larger and a little easier to select and press those little keys.

We like this phone. We bought it to go with the 3 handset set we got at Target. We bought it because we wanted an extra phone in the basement. It's a great phone for the price. Highly recomend.

I purchased another expansion phone for my base that I bought 2 years ago (a DCT6485) the 750 is an upgraded model that works perfectly with the old base. The only problem I have is a 2 year old who dropped the old handset in the toilet and looked at me as if it was my fault it got wet... This handset will not, I repeat NOT work after being dunked in a toilet.

many features. additional handset making 4 I have. Have used the phone for 4 years no problems. Transfer, intercom,ID calling,call waiting etc. All sorts of features and battery still going.

This hand set was an add own to our existing uniden phones.even though it was a newer model, adapting it to the older configeration was simple. the price was excellent and the features were great.

works quite well with the existing system. no problems setting up the new handsets. works in the old charger bases, as well.

don't like that there's no way to copy speed dials, though they are pretty easy to re-setup.

I bought this phone to add on to two others I already owed and liked. Needed a third for another room, and it was easy to set up and join the other two phones.
I would recommend this phone highly and would buy again through E-Bay.

The phone unit works well. The problem is that it was not made clear that this add-on extra handset did not work with some multi-phone bases.

This is a great phone with superior features. The sound quality and range are excellent. I especially like the fact thet each handset has speakerphone capability.

Sorry this took so long, I'm new at this. I purchased this particular model as an add-on to the system I already own so I can replace the one in the Kitchen. My daughrter's favorite feature is the paging option. I like the way you can personelize all of the handsets, so when I find one lying around I know where it came from. And ofcourse the price was a steel.
