Excellent psychology for the edge-thinker

This book along with Dr. Hyatt's form of psychotherapy and energized meditation is not for the weak minded (or hearted). These ideas are meant for the person who can stick with it and really wants to transcend a mediocre lifestyle and submitted slavehood to "the man" as Charles Manson would put it. I have met with and discussed the techniques described in this book and can say that for anyone who really wants to bridge the gap of their lives to discover what makes them tick (emotionally, psychologically and sexually), as well as confront parts of their lives that subject them (for example, the horrible effects of the Oedipus Rex Complex), this book is for you! For individuals who want to work in a cubicle for their whole lives, and are in their 40s, still living with their parents or a nagging spouse (and hope to keep it that way), don't bother, you will only be upset about the contents and resent that you read them.
For the Extreme Individual -- who does want out of the box of particular psychological hangups and oppressive life situations, as well as to learn about their "kundalini" and gain inner knowledge about their sexual being -- this book IS for you. I suggest you get this book and some of the tantric meditation CDs and begin your work of self-transformation.
