The book is perfect. It has practical cases that are excellent for understanding and managing diversity at the workplace and gives more ideas on how to make a business case for diversity. I bought it because it was the required textbook for my MBA class and the price was the most reasonable amongst all that I had seen.

I purchased this text book for a course on "Managing Diversity", and found this book to be a well written collection of articles on the issue. I would surely
