I never recieved the item. I dislike the fact that I had to wait forever and never get an email explaining the reason for not sending the item. I don't recommend this seller. The customer service is very important to me.

i love the fact that i recieved it RIGHT AWAY and it was in GREAT SHAPE! it came with the cd and all. i need it for school, and the price was convenient. i decided to buy it b/c it was one of the lowest prices i cud find. and if i have to restate it, i bought it like more than a month ago and i believe it came within 3-5 days later. i really do not have ne complains. i need to try the c-d to make sure it works. but other than that, it was in great shape and i recieved before the class began.

Great book. The delivery was outstanding and rapid. When I got the book, I was surprised because I didn't expect it to come that early despite the seller's close proximity to my city.

I did not receive the book. I paid for it, but I never got. Then I bought the product at the bookstore of my college. I like the product, but unfortunately, i did not receive from ebay.

Books are cheaper on ebay, than the college book store. Great buy! The packaging was great definately protected book from weather and tossing. Made it in the time promised.

I was disappointed in this purchase. I waited 2 weeks to receive the book and once it arrived I realized it was the wrong book. After requesting information to return the book I never received a refund.

I received my book within 4 days of ordering. I was in great condition, even with the soft cover. I would considered the seller honest and would definitely considered buying from them again.
