The international Edition does not have all the case studies that the regular version has. This is very annoying

First of all , I was a concerned about the cover page which was different from what my friends are using in class, but after I went through the book I found out its still has the same content.but I was very dissapointetd when at the end of the The book one chapter was missing "PRODUCTIVITY THROUGH CONTROL SYSTEM"......

I did receive the book with out delay. The book was like new for the exception of one of the corners that was semi bent. But other than that was great specially for the price.

) good book that is hard to find for under 70 bucks. needed book for class. the only problem is that i have not found this edition in hardback, so carrying around all day in backpack will ruin the edges quickly

i paid $134 for this book. Almost the orriginal price. I was thinking I was going to get a BRAND NEW BOOK......but there was a hole in the front and through the first few pages............not worth 134 bucks!
