Understanding Health Insurance by Jo Ann C. Rowell (2005, Package)

The seller got her money right away. I had to email the seller several times to get the book. Took a long time and worry, if I was going to get the book or not. I thought at one time she did not mail it. She said the holidays enterfeared with sending the book. I eventually got the book.

I needed the book for my online class. The book was in exellent condition and the price was what I liked best. This was my first experience with buying a text book online and a pleasant one at that.

I am not pleased right now. The merchandise was late or should I say hasn't arrived. It was sent 2 1/2 weeks later and after estimated date. I should have received it 6/23/08 and it wasn't until the end of the month and now it's sitting at the post office where they hold packages according to priority, if its a parcel, they hold for a week it has been now and now its out of the seller's hands because they sent it so now I am having to purchase more books from someone else because my test is at the end of this month and I have no time to study. This was the risk I took and will never take again. I am highly disappointed.

I like this book because it has some concept about how to calculate how much a physician get for a prticular procedure within a given region. It is also a good book about all other aspect of filling for reimbursement in all the different setting, for example Medicare, Tricare and even for private insurance company.

Overall, this book and cd set are filled with information. This is a great textbook for the subject.... which is already a dry subject.
