Very well written and easily understood.I bought this book as a study tool for one of my management classes. The chapters were well written and has help to identify the differences in levels which has and are effecting today society. I hope that anyone who will or may purchase this text get the opportunity to enjoy the reading material as I and apply them to their appropriate needs. I highly recommend buying this text.
