If you have ever eaten at Uncle Bubba's Oyster House on Tybee Island, GA then you know how great the food is. Having dined there with several friends and every plate was better than the one before it we all agreed we had to have some of those recipes. His Crab Stew is delicious and I am not a fan of Fish Stews or Chowders. It is certainly the place to eat on Tybee Island and if you can't there Uncle Bubba's Savannah Seafood Cookbook is the next best thing! Enjoy!
