When I saw the DVD, it was easy to follow. You would need a quiet and calm space to be able to practice the singing lessons. You would probably need to keep practicing the same lessons every other day. I wouldn't really recommend this to people who have been singing their whole lives and have had professional singing classes/lessons because this most likely seems for people who need extra help in singing. The lessons are pretty much about exercising your vocals and shows different techniques to make you sing better. It also comes with a booklet of required information about singing(similar to the DVD), a CD replica of the original DVD to put in your mp3 player(iPod) to practice on the go, and a sing-a-long karaoke CD.
